Most of employees are good and know how to treat customers except one with yellow hair one. One fish can make whole lake dirty. If the stone came off from the ring within warranty period for two times with no damage on the ring, you should apologize first before assume the customer did some hardcore hand play or whatever, you should apologize first because it is within "WARRANTY". and "WARRANTY WORK" is not your favor to me at all but is the contract and responsibility of you. I would not go back probably but if you go, avoid her. PS. Thanks to the other manager who was a delightful Asian lady for your service.

I needed to resize my ring because it was too big, but I was a bit nervous to call cause of the previous reviewer's experience. However, I had an excellent experience! The person I talked to on the phone was really kind and when I went in to exchange my ring, they were super curtious. The whole exchange process only took about 10 min. I highly recommend this place!

It doesn't even deserve any stars at all. Such a poor service. They beg you to buy from them and when it comes to price, they give you a very high price. I had a very bad experience with them when I unfortunately needed to argue with them for refusing to give me a difference when my exchanged item was less by a 100$. She goes like "I wouldn't even give you any discount on your new purchase if I knew that you were gonna exchange the item you've bought yesterday"!!! Which now could make sense to me why people are barely entering the shope. "AVOID".
