Karl is a genius and a true artist do not waste his time or your own with repairs or silly jewelry items. I’ve commission to pieces from this man and he has done absolutely amazing work he is truly a GOLD SMITH. I highly recommend going to this establishment to have jewelry made, customize your own work and allow him the freedom to guide you through the process you will not be disappointed. Stop in to view his album and see the work he has done absolutely outstanding. all the best Karl Darrin Thomsen

My husband surprised me with a beautiful cameo ring crafted by Jahnke. It is very unique and a pleasure to wear. Highly recommended.

He doesn't suffer fools gladly. However, I was seriously interested in his work and he took the time to advise me. Certainly not a place for instant gratification ( or watch batteries), but service and information that's so sadly lacking in retail these days. Definitely high end, which I'm not, but something I aspire to.

Just phoned to see what they pay for scrap gold... He was very rude and hung up before I could explain what I had. Very un professional move.

Horrendous service! This mere man think he is immortal throwing a book at me when I asked for a jewel repair ! He stated beligerently " I am a goldsmith ,LOOK AT MY WORK, I am not a jeweller. Wow could I be in the old country where men bellow and yell at women? TIP : THIS IS PARKSVILLE...REPEAT BUSINESS IS WHERE YOUR C.S. SHOULD LIE !
