Terry is a world class artist who is also a very kind hearted person. He has made custom designed pieces that should be in museums! Anything you can dream up, he can sketch it and make it. The pandemic has set many people back, including Matheson Jewellers, and as a long time customer, I understand and am patient. Public health and the health of Terry and his family members at risk are more important than my need to get a new ring made. I can wait.

Father and son team of artists create custom work, while their assistant will answer your questions and keep you entertained ❤ Perfect set up, and beautiful jewellery. Terry keeps replacement gems for the more demanding repairs - rest assured he's ready for any jewellery repair.

Wonderful personalized attention. Superb workmanship. Beyond my expectations. My intricately designed, 100 year old ring has never looked better... except perhaps the day it was created. Thank you Terry.

Very disappointed with the service and quality or work. My ring was cut when I specifically asked for it not to be. It broke after it was fixed and broke again following that again. I gave him a good try but I cannot reccomend poor workmanship and manor. Beautiful designs though.

Great people, great service, great jewelery. Best prices I've seen in town, anywhere. If your looking for custom work to be done, you need not search elsewhere, very positive experience.
