I happen to be killing time at Richmond Centre while I was getting my vehicle serviced and boy was I glad I stepped into Claire's. Rexy (Really hope I spelt that right) Was absolutely incredible from the moment I walked in Her bubbly personality and respectfully helpful mannerisms we're such a comfort when I happen to be having a physical ailment as well that day. She made me feel completely at ease and even help me get an earring into mine that I didn't know had came out at some point She then assisted me with a couple of brand new piercings and took so much care in time with each and everyone of her customers never neglecting anyone definitely recommend this location not just for the products but you have to meet Rexy! She will make your day

SUPER HELPFUL I was coming in to buy a medal ribbon and small gift box. And the people really went above and beyond to find the right ribbon to fit the medal I had. They didn’t spare their time not effort at all ! On top of begging super professional they were full of life as well. It’s such a pleasure to be dealing with workers like them ! They found the right ribbon for my medal and really made my day !

Rexie was very helpful and amazing, she helped me with my ear piercing. She recommended a great deal, assisted me throughout the process, and explained the aftercare clearly esp it was my first time. Very satisfied with the service, the staff were superb.

The staff were so welcoming and the store looks so organized with so many cute items from hair and jewelries as well as plushy toys. We were offered ear piercing service too which we ended up doing our seconds the lady who helped us was so professional and detailed on the after care she made us feel comfortable and we love our new piercings. Me and my wife went to the store by recommendation of my sister-in-law because I want to get my ear pierced so I can wear a tribute earring for my late mother. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, very professional and gave us what we can consider one of the best customer service that we have experienced. This store is definitely Highly recommended.
