I have just had the most wonderful experience with these two amazing people. I had a pendant made at what I though was a good and reputable jewellers. I had no picture of what I was getting and to make things worse I took a lot of my jewellery and gem stone and gave him a drawing of what I wanted. Not only was the pendant very very expensive it was so far from what I had asked for. Go to Front Street Jewellers and cried and begged them to fix. It was for a Granddaughters Graduation. Today I picked up the most amazing pendent EVER and on time. I will go back there again and again as they are awesome. Lorna

Great service and really nice people. I had a diamond replaced in my engagement ring and 6 claws replaced in my wedding set. It took a few extra days to get my rings back - only because they didn't have a diamond that matched the others in my setting. I had to look at the picture that I took when I broke my ring to confirm which diamond was replaced when I got it back. They charged me what they quoted me. All work was done on premise. Honest down to earth people. I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful people that will take all the time in the world to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Hardworking people that do honest work with the highest sense of professionalism. Great conversation as well. Fast reliable ring fittings too!

Prompt, professional and friendly service! Darrell replaced claws and diamonds in my 10 year old wedding ring-- after getting it back I felt like it was a brand new ring! I'm showing it off like a newly engaged girl!
