From start to finish my experience was great. I forgot to click giftwrap on checkout but a quick message to customer service and they answered right away with "no problem". Received two days later and it was wrapped beautifully. Can't wait to see my wife's reaction. Highly recommended.

Throughout the process of our engagement, and now with our wedding ceremony about to take place, Lisa has been not only extremely helpful; but caring, honest, and professional. She adds a unique personal touch to the the process that makes you feel like you're dealing with an old friend. 5 STARS all the way!!

Horrible experience and customer service. They were nice the first time but shockingly rude when I went back in to pick up the cheque for 2 rings that were sold on consignment. When I was presented the cheque for the rings it was lower than the amount I was quoted on the phone a few days earlier and I couldn't recall of the top of my head exactly what it should have been as the rings were in there shop for well over 2 years. The manager very briefly showed me the original consignment slip but then took it away immediately. I didn't quite understand it so I asked if she could make me a photocopy of it to take with me so I could have a better look. To which she just bluntly said no. She said that if I want to look at it, I have a copy at home that I can look at. I do have my own copy, but I'm in the process of moving and its packed up and filed away in my paperwork from over two years ago. I then asked if I could just have another look at it briefly, as I just wanted a better understanding of it, and again she replied 'nope, we're just going to leave it like this'. I can't even have a look at it in the store!? I just wanted some clarification because the cheque she was presenting me was smaller than the amount I was told on the phone a few days prior and wanted to understand why. I don't live near Kelowna anymore, so it was going to be a few days before I could even dig out my copy of the slip to see what was on it. I don't know if they were trying to hide something from me, but it sure felt like it. I was sitting there just floored that she could sit there and say no to such simple request as to see a break down on the payment they were making to me. Wouldn't recommend a place that treats people like this.

After purchasing a diamond ring for our 25 year anniversary, we truly wish we had met Lisa 26 years ago! Best place to shop for such an important item. They stand by their products and service. D
