My Fiance and I had a wonderful experience at Spence in Langley. Our sales consultant, Lesli, ran all over the store to find the engagement ring and band that was like what I was describing. She was helpful, educational and genuinely excited for us. We had been to many different jewelry stores in search of the perfect ring. Spence provided an experience that no other store could. We could pick up whatever ring we wanted and try it on without the pressure of a sales consultant looking over your shoulder trying to "sell" us the ring. Once we had pick one similar to what we had in mind, Lesli helped us fine tune the setting to be exactly what we wanted and pick the perfect diamond to go in it! We opted to go for an artisan created diamond. It was important to us that we knew for sure my ring was responsibly mined. Lesli helped to answer all our questions on the process of creating artisan diamonds and we couldn't be more thrilled with the result. Thank-you Spence and Lesli! We will be back for our wedding bands for sure!

My husband bought my original engagement ring from Spence in 2004. Spence has a policy where you can either trade in your original solitaire or have it set in a new design. Jasmina greeted us at the door and helped us browse the many rings in store. I couldn't find the setting I was hoping to find. I described my idea to Jasmina, who went to the back room and came out with exactly what I wantedâ€”amazing! She gave us lots of options for the upgraded setting. I have a nickel allergy so Jasmina called the design studio and found out the goldsmiths offer nickel-free 19K goldâ€”a more affordable alternative to the platinum I've been wearing for the past 13 years! Jasmina outlined the breakdown of the price and ensured everything was to our satisfaction before ordering. I love that I can still wear my original solitaire in a new setting. When the ring arrived it was the wrong size. Jasmina personally made sure the ring was re-sized and back to the store as soon as possible. We were thrilled with our experience and highly recommend Jasmina and the entire Spence team for your special purchase.

If I could give 0 stars I would or perhaps a single artificial artisan created star. Always disliked the irritating radio commercials so I avoided the store for over ten years. When I finally went in, out of boredom, I entered the empty of customers ( I was literally the only customer/sucker in the place) store to find their display (all fake) diamonds to be just as pricey as any other high mark up retail store. So I will never step into a Spence Diamonds store again! Also check out Sean Jones CBC investigation.Spence Diamonds rewrites guarantee following CBC investigation -to see how good their annoying guarantee really is. I'm sure any 5 star review of this abyss is family or friends of the owner. I also noticed how the owner selectively responds to poor reviews on this site. Buyer beware! If you are going to advertise heavily with obnoxious irritating commercials at least back it up with decent prices and/or service! YYYEOWWWW! Also take note of the robotic ðŸ¤– response to each negative and positive ( fake ) review. They have a systematic program to respond with the same response. How Sad!!!! Sean Jones, you are one pathetic business owner!!!! Watch the robot response will go as follows.... Hi Dave, We're sorry to hear about your experience and want to reassure ........ NOTICE: Almost every 5 star review is done by someone with only 1 review to their name. And no picture on their profile. Consumer Affairs should investigate this false advertising. How idiotically fake. SPENCE DIAMONDS and their spokesperson SEAN JONES should be ashamed of this misleading, unscrupulous advertising. For Shame. Spence Diamonds ....SUCK!

We were so happy to find the perfect wedding band for me and so very last minute! Lesli was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I didn't think I needed much help but it was overwhelming to be in a store with hundreds of rings! She helped me find the size, style, and price I wanted with ease. I originally wanted something vintage/antique but she made me feel so taken care of compared to the many vintage stores we had already visited that didn't seem to know what they were selling. I'll happily buy more from here!

Jasmina was such wonderful help picking out our wedding bands. She was extremely friendly and always happy to help in anyway. She came to assist us right away and took what we wanted and our budget into full consideration. She gave us space to decide and discuss without pressure which is an awesome trait to have in sales. She was also extremely diligent and helpful through email as well. We are thankful we had Jasmina in helping us find our perfect bands exactly within out budget!
