Very good service and product. I have been spent over 10K at this store.

What a wonderful display of beautiful art jewellery! The sales people were gracious and friendly. I had been interested in one particular ring for over a year. My husband and I purchased the ring and were told about the care and handling of the ring; and being a very careful person and knowing the ring would not be worn on a daily basis I felt comfortable with those conditions; imagine my shock to observe that after wearing the ring on only two occasions it was already scratched on the enamel. After sharing my concerns and speaking with the sales person, I was informed that they do not want you even holding keys in your hand. At the cost of this item, I would not recommend purchasing a ring unless one was prepared to wear kid gloves while doing anything with your hands (holding a cup of coffee, seriously). An item in this caliber of art design surely should have some kind of coating that can preserve it's beauty. Until they rectify this, it will be a absolute drawback to any further purchases. Greatly disappointed, Barbara Baldissera
