Anyone who's ever shopped at Cook's is aware of the quality of service as well as the strength of knowledge that is on offer when you walk through the door. The owners and staff take care of their customers, fairly & with respect. In a town the size of Prince Rupert, you could hardly get away with doing otherwise and still expect to stay in business. Cook's has been around for a long time and for good reason. I expect they will still be there for many more years to come. It's unfortunate when some choose to try and smear a good business as a means of boosting a (former) competitor with such a laughably false and clumsy review. Such nonsense does no one any favors.

Amazing owners and staff to work with at Cook's Jewellers. They are welcoming, knowledgeable and sincere. Customer care and service is top priority within their four walls and it is a pleasure to have them take care of all your Jewellery needs!
