I brought my four year old daughter in to get her ears pierced and would recommend Elemental to anyone looking to get their kid's ears pierced. Their consultation was super helpful in getting my daughter prepped for the actual piercing, which we came back for a week later. Corey, and Jocelyn, were awesome in explaining everything in an age appropriate manner and with the two ears getting pierced in tandem my daughter's only reaction was going wide eyed. No tears, and lots of big big smiles upon seeing her ears all pierced.

I got a 'Piercer's choice' because I wasn't sure what would look good on me. Hannah was awesome and took the time to help me find something that fit my style and ear shape. At no time did I feel uncomfortable or pressured. I also appreciate how much time she spent on sterilization/ cleaning procedures. The whole thing took about 50 minutes and I couldn't be happier with my dainty golden feather. I can't wait to go back!

I got my helix pierced by Jocelyn and se also reopened my lobe piercings that had grown in rather than repiercing them. She was really professional and reassuring throughout the whole appointment. They were also very informative while the piercing was happening, and also about all the aftercare information.
