Worst customer service ever. I have never in my life been treated so awful by staff in any store. My very first time ever and commented even in how beautiful and awesome the store was. Winners has always been one of my favorite stores. I was followed around the store by 3 different staff members. I told them how terrible they were making me feel. And wasn't appreciated. I took down their names and the head office number and the assistant manager then told me he had me on camera on several occasions. I was blown away. I told him again I had never been in the store and I was going to make sure he loses his job with the other staff for how terrible they made me feel and then accused me not just once but multiple times for stealing. I did not raise my voice nor was I rude at any point. Terrible people. I feel so discriminated against.. I guess because I have a couple tattoos. ... The worst experience I have ever had. And will be posting my experience every where I can.

Winners in Kelowna is simply a glorified thrift store. Awesome way to waste an hour or two, and expect to return faulty clothes and shoes. Shopping at winners is like going on a treasure hunt, excitement comes only after the find.

This 2 star rating is for the West Kelowna store only (otherwise I would give it a 5 star). Not a great selection compared to the other stores.

Always get lucky and find some gems here. Think they get new stock on Friday still so that's your best chance to nab something for cheap. Managed a Burton Ak hoodie for 1/3rd of the cost.
