Great service! I had some issues with my wedding ring and Dean was a pleasure to work with. It's just so nice to know that your prized possession is being handled with the utmost care. He addressed my concerns and my ring looks AMAZING! Thank you Dean!

ive thought about writing this for a long time. but people should know. I went to Epsilon since they were the only dealer in the city for Verragio rings, and although i was told verragio is a hard company to work with i figured then at least they could make the ring i was dreaming of since they had easy access to the one i was talking about. I worked with Dean and the ring turned out great (in the eyes of a person who NEVER wears jewellery) the whole time i had made it clear that i wanted this engagement ring made in mind that a wedding band would fit against it. When it came time to design my wedding band and my husbands i was completely iced out. every email i got was rude and non compliant. CAD drawings never came, it was months of this and no ring to be seen. He was away, he was busy, it was too early. excuses after excuses. So finally I had my last email completely unanswered. I gave up, went to Heavy Metal Designs, and had them design my wedding band and my husbands. there craftsmanship is MUCH better i have a little heart on the shank and its much more professional looking from Heavy Metals then it is from Epsilon. the staff was WAY more friendly, they had fantastic hours even when i knew they were working on a bunch of other things as well. If your thinking of getting a piece of jewelry designed DON'T go here, and avoid Dean! I never did get an email back from him, no acknowledgement he didnt give a crap that i had no wedding bands to fit, and I have a sneaky suspicion he took the engagement ring project because it was the most money and NEVER made my ring with the idea that a band would go against it since it was pointed out to me at how the hell i was going to get a band to fit the design. I don't have any regrets about my ring other then i wish i had given someone else my business who deserved it.

I went in to Epsilon to either get an offer on some David Rice jewelry I was looking to sell or some advice on how to go about selling the jewelry. The manager kept blocking me from having access to the store owner. He kept making excuses over a period of a month as to why I couldn't speak with him. He later went on to offer me $1000 for a piece that was appraised at $11,900 and 2 more unappraised pieces that I estimate would total about $6000. I question weather or not he actually contacted the owner that I had been in or if he thought I was so stupid to take that terribly insulting offer. Unprofessional! I felt like I was meeting him in a dark ally behind a pawn shop. Yikes! Dean was his name. Complete skeeze-bag. Hope the owner is aware of what kind of dirt bag they have working for them. He did offer to sell to another buyer but wanted to hold on to the jewelry for another 3 weeks...by then I felt like I was going to get my pieces back with fake diamonds.

The VERY BEST service in Winnipeg's jewelry industry! I went to Epsilon after other jewelers in Winnipeg were rude to me and I couldn't have been more IMPRESSED with Epsilon's service. Dean Zoppa was extremely kind and knowledgeable and made my day! Thank you so much I will 100% recommend Epsilon to everyone I know!!!
