I got a brand new item from my friend as a birthday gift but it doesn’t fit. I asked my friend if she still has the receipt with her and she said she asked them to put the gift receipt in the bag so I checked the bag but no receipts were found. I came back to the store the next day to see if I can exchange for the same item in larger size but they refused and told me I have to ask my friend for a valid receipt which they never gave us. They didn’t even want to take a look at the item or offer another option to verify the purchase. Poor customer service.

Ive been standing outside the store for 15min waiting bc they say its a waiting list.....there is fathers and sons loitering while payong customers have to wait. They say up to 45 min. I have the ring number and size in my hand and they wont serve me. Terrible buisness sense. If it wasnt a 45 min drive to the next storw i certainly wpuldnt be waiting.

horrible horrible customer service!! I had 2 horrible experiences within a 2 week span. 1. I went to the store to buy something before christmas and the sales associate approached me by saying "what do you want." not even a "hello. hi. what brings you in today. how may i assist you." 2. I received something as a gift and it didn't fit me and i was hoping to exchange it for something else unfortunately as it was a gift i did not have the original receipt and they wouldn't even look at the item and just refused to do anything to assist me or give me any other option. terrible customer service!

Brittany and theres one lady like African american lady whos really patience to me. I have been online shopping I already know my options but its different to shop when you see the product infront of you. I was overwhelmed and panicking at thesame. I dont like jewelries due to bad experience from buying cheap once. Allergies and all I cant take it!. I spend almost 2 hrs still empty handed. I keep saying sorry and Im going back for me to reflect. I went back and purchased. Really happy but I went back again and have it replaced since one ring is for my BFF which there is no Pandora on her location its a gift and shes doesnt know her size. Its risky! I ended up buying two bracelet for two of us and two rings.

It was so amazing,fantastic experience...employees were so nice and friendly,,,now i get it why there is always lined up outside the store...excellent service !!!
