Have been to this location multiple times and every time I have experienced poor customer service. The staff at this location are NOT warm, friendly or knowledgeable. Had asked the girl if she could give me a box instead of bag for my purchase, she replied with "the bag is better for the charms to keep from being cleaned often." The bag allows oxygen to flow freely in and out of the bag causing more damage than a tight sealed box. I (stupidly) had tried her method of keeping in the bag instead and found my charms became dark and needed cleaning way more often. Been here multiple times due to location being near where I live but now I would rather spend extra time in the car to go to the Polo Par location.

Once you purchase your kind of hooked, so the business model does not have to give good service.

Came on Sunday, October 15. Wasn’t acknowledged by the staff and they dealt with 2 customers that had arrived after us. We decided to just get one ring and Caitlyn kept asking if we were sure we didn’t want to get 2 for a promo. We kept saying no, she then said that we should buy them for a gift for someone and that we were the first people to say no. Absolutely terrible customer service and way too pushy. Doesn’t seem like anyone there knows how to actually deal with customers - never seen a SA so pushy and I’d give a 0/5 if I could.

Poor customer service. Went there near the end of the day to get a ring for my daughter. The associates were busy with other customers so we waited. We were there 40 minutes and neither associate even acknowledged us. Even though we wrote our name in the book based on the sign stating to do so to get in the queue, when one associate finished with her customer she helped someone else who hadn't even put her name down. Left at closing time with a disappointed daughter and no acknowledgment from staff. Won't be coming back here.

I am giving this store one star, only because it won't allow me to give them no stars. This is without a doubt the worst shopping experience I have been a part of. First we went to exchange an item for a larger size. They were currently sold out and asked my girlfriend if they could put her on the waiting list. (That's fair). Months later she received a call that her item was in. We made the hour and half trip to the store to be told my the snarky manager in the rudest tone possible to "take a number and they would get to us". After waiting for a half hour while all the girls "working" just stood behind the counter on their phones chit chatting, we were finally "helped"(by the same snarky girl). They put the wrong size on hold for her and were sold out of the correct size again. We were told we would go back to the bottom of the waiting list for a second time.
