Great Service

Recently I met with Dodgie Dator to design a ring for me from my deceased mother’s wedding set. Dodgie was a pleasure to work with….he listened and offered suggestions. He definitely knows his stuff!!! I ended up with an amazing ‘Mom’ (I call it) ring and am so happy with it. I live 3.5 hours outside of Winnipeg and couldn’t make it back in when the ring was ready for pickup! Dodgie quickly made the arrangements for me to get my ring in a timely manner. I am so impressed with him……he definitely cares about his creations and customers! Great job Dodgie!!! I will be referring folks to him for sure!

My second experience with Appelt's has been nothing short of fantastic. Dodgie helped me create a pair of pearl and diamond drop earrings and a double pearl ring from pearls and diamonds of my own. I absolutely love the pieces I have and would definitely recommend Dodgie to everyone who wants to have custom pieces made for them. Another 5 brilliant stars :)

Pendant purchase from Dodgie Dator

I recently purchased a Topaz pendant from Dodgie. He was so wonderful to deal with and I got exactly what I wanted! I have dealt with Dodgie for many years and I highly recommend his Customer service and his design ideas!

Great friendly service and always with a smile on their faces. Love going in for the free battery service. Haven't needed to purchase anything yet but when I do I will be stopping here first.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My boyfriend got me a pulse pendent necklace for my birthday in July last year and since then the chain has broke three times. The first time they welded the chain and it broke so they got us a new one, now this chain has broke twice. I've given up on even trying to deal with this, I'm not rough on my jewelry and this is the only piece I have ever had problems with.

I arrived 4 minutes before close, hoping to buy a birthday gift. The ladies working welcomed me in with open arms and were extremely helpful. My experience from start to finish was stellar and I left the store with a huge smile on my face! Thanks to the wonderful staff, I will definitely be shopping here again!

I buy my wife all of her jewelry from Appelts. The staff there are amazing and helped me so much. And when ever we need re fittings or cleanings we always come back. I have a coffee and the wife shops around. Best part is I never leave broke and they always stand buy their products. I highly recommend it.

Good selection, super friendly staff, no pressure from the sales team. They seem to really know what they are talking about too. Very good after sales service too and included warranty on anything that has diamond in it. They also change any watch battery free of charge (regardless of where the watch was purchased).
