Such helpful staff, love the watches. Very happy with my experience.

Oct 9, 2017
I have had two negative experiences at the store… Once I went in to inquire on the price of the very watch I had under a shirt sleeve on my wrist (and bought in Singapore 10 years earlier ) was told it was $2100 and had the two women laugh as I left the store thinking it was too rich for my plebe blood. The second experience: they sent this Tag away for a simple battery replacement and to have a scratch buffed out and I received it back with all of the glow-in-the-dark material around the bezel gone and the buff very poorly polished. I would never go there again.

I made a biggest mistake of my life going to this store! I saw this store in downtown Halifax selling high end watches like Rolex, Tag, Tudor, etc. So I gave my swiss made watch to them to change the battery. The lady brought some watch tools and then struggling to open back of my watch with it. When she gave my watch back I was shocked because the back side had some deep scratches on it! I can not imagine how poor was their service!!! And they expect somebody go there and pay more than 4k for watches when they have this level of service??! It is ridiculous!!!

Nicely laid out store.. And well decorated. It's located in the mall, which probably makes it a bit quieter than it could be. It's right across from Starbucks though so maybe they attract some traffic from there. The sales associates are all friendly and knowledgeable.
