I just feel that I need to give a shout out to a couple people who have been extremely helpful at this location. Whitney and Patrick have all gone above and beyond at various times. My engagement ring and wedding bands were all purchased here. Whitney was very helpful in deciding on our ring selection. She helped up make decisions one what would match, and always offered to clean my ring if she saw me walking through the mall. Patrick was very informative when it came to getting my wedding band sized to my engagement ring ( it is jacket style which made the fitting a little tricky). He took time to make very specific notes for the jeweller when it was sent away. It took a little longer than usual to get my ring back. When it was getting a little close to my wedding date, he went above and beyond by contacting the jeweller to insure it would be back in time. When the ring came back the jacket fit better than I would have thought. I am very impressed with the service these two have offered and I would highly recommend them when making purchases at this store.

Pathetic customer service! I dont even recommend this place to buy jewellery from here... i go there for some exchange the person at the desk not even in a mood to answer me even i was purchasing more things... in the end i just return my stuff... bad experience..

Years ago I got my wife's engagement ring and eventually our wedding bands from Peoples. Jason is the man! What an incredible customer service experience. We drop in if we're in the mall just to say hello to him.
