Purchased a ring and pendant last year unfortunately the stone in my ring fell out and was lost. I contacted the jewelry company and they were so helpful. They found a new stone and and replaced it. No charge at all. I did up upgrade the setting but that was my choice. They did an amazing job and kept me informed every step of the way. It did not take a lot of time. Thanks Dennis and Brandi. Purchased a ring, earrings and necklace on our Royal Caribbean Cruise celebrating our 30th Anniversary. After attending a great presentation on the Emeryl, I fell in love with this gemstone. Patrick helped us pick out just the right pieces. I have had the pleasure of wearing them and received many great compliments. I had to send the ring out to be sized and a claw repaired. The service was amazing. No fees and great communication in the process. An absolute pleasure to deal with Patrick, and his staff. You won't be disappointed with the product or the service. Thank you Patrick and staff. The jewellery is treasured and always brings back many fond memories

First I purchased earrings. They are gorgeous. The next year a necklace. Everyone there is so nice and informative. Quality gems, exquisitely set. Triple crown winner...can't go wrong with Emeryl! Can't wait to see what I get next year :)

I just wanted to let you know we recently purchased a Yellow Emerald pendant while on a cruise on Carnival Cruise lines. It is a beautiful piece of jewelry and I am very proud to own it. My husband saw it in the display case and after a very informative discussion with the sales person, decided it was the perfect Christmas gift. Every time I wear it I get many comments regarding the beauty and rarity of the piece. I look forward to wearing and enjoying this lovely piece and since we are cruising again on Carnival for Christmas 2012, hopefully, we'll find another beautiful piece.
