The most terrible customer service I have received in my whole LIFE!!! I am a regular Tiffany and Co customer and have purchased numerous items from concessions in Selfridges, Harrods, New York, but the customer service I received at Old Bond Street was atrocious!! I was at the store with a friend and initially they were busy, but a lovely lady called Isobel welcomed us and asked if we could wait to see a sales associate. We waited for over an hour, and every time she would ask a sales associate to serve us they, point blank, declined, instead one gentleman started putting boxes away and stocking up (Daniel) and the other just walked around (not sure what his name was). I have NEVER been so appalled! The level of arrogance was disgusting. With this type customer service, do you think I would like to spend my hard earned money here... DEFINITELY NOT!!

Went to Old Bond Street after an excellent experience in New York. Somehow thought this would be the same level of service but sadly no, apart from the manager who was very apologetic when my ring was not ready to collect when expected (we had traveled some distance after being given a time to attend). The staff seemed less that keen to acknowledge us when we entered on our first visit too. I was overall disappointed with the service but not with my ring (when it eventually arrived).
