Great customer service by Andrew J. He knows his products and Andrew was able to answer my queries over the phone with precision and was also very helpful and courteous in store.

Really awful service. Bought a watch online, battery stopped within 6 months. Took it into store to get the battery replaced....heard nothing for a couple of weeks so I went in to store to chase....they had no record of it. Went in again with my receipt...turns out it hadn't even been processed so was just sat there and nothing would have happened unless I'd gone in to store to ask! Was promised a call back within 2 days with an update. It's been 4 days already and still nothing. Looks like I'll be going back into store AGAIN to see what is happening :( :(

Excellent Service from all the staff that dealt with me. A watch I bought 9 months ago has stopped working and the manufacturers are refusing to repair or replace as the range has been discontinued. Ernest Jones are replacing it free of charge for a model more expensive. Great service

An awful customer service, specially the manager, unprofessional and dishonest. I bought a white gold Diamond ring as well as a few more items, she said "do not use them so if the prices go down on Christmas Day she will refund the difference" but she did not!!! She insisted the prices did not go down on Christmas Eve and day, although I saw the prices went down online but did not know I should take a photo to prove it!!!!! Moreover when I wanted to change the ring to one size bigger, it took so long to bring it and when arrived, it was faulty so I decided to keep mine and change it in Brent Cross branch! So disappointing sooooo
