I bought a wedding ring yesterday from here. Couldn't have gone to a better place. Elaine was the sales associate who was wonderful and very helpful! If you go there make sure you meet Elaine she is wonderful.

The store has very friendly staff and my partner and I were made to feel very welcome even though the store was extremely busy with the post-Xmas sales. With that in mind, the store itself is rather small for such a good location. Could definitely do with a slightly more spacious location.

Charlotte in this store is a manipulative individual. She lies to customers just so she can make some sales and get commission from them. She missold my partner to getting a ring a size bigger than the one he showed her “forgetting to mention” that she would have to order the correct size in, so she lied about why he should get a size bigger just to get the sale. Would definitely NOT recommend this branch to anyone, clearly they hired inadequate staff members.

I wrote the following review on H Samuel's website! They replied by saying "Thank you for taking the time to submit a review on Hot Diamonds Sterling Silver Heart Charm Coral Ball Bracelet. Unfortunately your review has not met our guidelines for posting onto our site. Please feel free to review our guidelines and resubmit your review on Hot Diamonds Sterling Silver Heart Charm Coral Ball Bracelet." I am sure if I wrote a five star review, it would automatically pass their "guidelines!" I do not want to waste more time to read their review guidelines. Thank god Google review exists which does not stop a disappointed customer to write a fact based review. It makes me wonder why H Samuel is still in business with this kind of business ethics! As well as providing poor services and below standard products, they are also trying to stop the customers from telling the truth! "I am very disappointed in this product. Looking at the photo posted on your website, the coral beads should be closer to a red colour. I don't believe that I am colour-blind, but the actual colour is a tacky pinkish orange colour. This could be classed as a misdescribed product. I had to order this online and collect this from your store at 250 Oxford Street. The staff there were not helpful either and claimed that this bracelet should always be in that colour. Was the customer at fault to think that the beads should be of another colour after looking at the product photo online? Should not you be taking a better photo to reflect your product’s true appearance? Also, when you mention coral beads, it could be mistaken to be real coral, but your staff said these were not coral! Coral in the product description meant the coral like colour! If this is the case, then please say so in your product description. Again, another misdescription of your product. I refunded this in the store, but the time wasted to order this online and had to take the time to collect this was a joke! Whether I like it or not is subjective, but selling your product with misleading photo and misleading description are not excusable. The level of services you provide in your store is worse than buying a product from other online stores. What is the point of having a physical store when your staff are unhelpful and unfriendly?"
