I have had the best jewellery purchasing experience ever with Frosts. The item I ordered was out of stock , Louis sourced one had it in stock within a week and managed to still meet my deadline. He was without a doubt brilliant to deal with. The bangle was beautifully wrapped and came with a wonderful keepsake gift card which we will always treasure. I will undoubtedly return to Louis and Frosts whenever I am in the market for a new trinket or two. I cannot recommend Frosts and Louis highly enough.

Ordered a gorgeous bracelet on a Sunday and received it on Wednesday. This was during the week of Christmas and I’m located in the US. Excellent customer service and I’ll be a lifelong customer!! Thank you!!!!

This establishment has apparently been awarded a Franck Muller license to service and repair the brand in the UK. The metal clasp on my watch had snapped and needed to be repaired. After asking me to bring the piece in to be assessed, they told me that I could keep hold of it (even though I was happy to let them keep on to it). The sales assistant took a couple of photos on her iphone and 30 mins later I received an email telling me a new bracelet would cost £1000? When I enquired that it was only the buckle/clasp and one link that needed to be replaced, I got no reply. Franck Muller sales and support is very hard to come by in the UK but I suggest that if these guys want to keep the franchise, they need to improve their customer service. If you're looking for Franck Muller service and repair, I recommend you look elsewhere.

Great service, friendly staff my Franck muller needed to be repaired couldn't find anyone for over a year in U.K. Finally discovered frost they were very helpful got my watch serviced and new strap very quickly, reasonable prices in comparison to other places.

100% overpriced but 1 staff member was perfect in helping filter out the bullshit (unfortunately I can't remember her name)
