Friendly, efficient and prompt service, excellent quality. I was looking for a jewellers with a workshop on site (because I wanted to be able to discuss the work with the silversmith): I found Solitaire via Google. I was most impressed and very pleased with all aspects. I was looking for repairs and some changes to an old piece of silverware. The silversmith had no problems agreeing to my requests – but actually suggested some improvements. The quality of the work was excellent and delivered speedily and on time. I found the staff in Solitaire to be friendly, very welcoming and efficient. I shall be back!

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. They spent a lot of time with me finding the right diamond for my fiancee's engagement ring then we found the perfect setting for it. I was able to buy a much larger & higher quality stone than was possible at any other "named" jewellers. Just been back to buy the wedding rings as they give returning customers a 40% discount!
