The absolute worst experiance.... shame she had to ruin my engagement... I refuse to bring any more business or advise anyone to go there. We were treated horribly when we were upset over my engagement ring MISSING little diamonds in it. So many phones calls and me crying and the ring is still not fixed properly but I just couldn't stand going there again. DO NOT BUY JEWELRY FROM HERE.

My parents bought both there engagement rings here and they also bought me 2 chains, I am only 13 years old so I don't have a job. Services are very cheap, my grand-fathers old Rolex wasn't working, was all moldy and was in such a bad condition that it needed to be sent to a watch specialist. Under 2 weeks, a $30,000 watch is fixed for only $50. Shoutout to carol, a jeweller there, no matter the religion, race, age, etc., she is super nice and welcoming. Whom ever says that they have bad service, its is because you came on a bad day, come again, come see what I see very time I go.

Went here to get my watch fixed because the clasp wasn't closing properly and they said that they would be able to fix it. When I came to pick it up a week later, it was clear that they had just squeezed the hell out clasp so that it would close tightly instead of actually fixing it (basically it's now ruined). On top of that, the woman behind the counter became very rude and condescending once she noticed that I was displeased with what was done to my watch.

Great service I came in with questions about a watch that wasn't working and they helped me to resolve the problem quickly and at no charge.

The lady is super rude, she has a horrible attitude. I went there to change the size of my wending ring and she refused to help me because she wasn’t the person who sold the ring, to me even tho I bought it in that same store. She didn’t even tried to look for options on how to help or what to do, I had to go to another location.
