Making sure that I would not go to the store on a wild goose chase, I called before going to verify if they had what I wanted. I spoke with Krystel. I gave her 2 numbers of charms I wanted. She confirmed they had them. I asked if she could set them aside that I would pic them up right away, she obliged. I get to the store, get in line at the cash to pick up my items. I soon as I asked for Krystal, she took care of me right away. She rung in my purchase, with a 10 dollar rebate, offered me a gift receipt, she boxed it and put it in a gift bag. I had no issue. The only thing I observed during my visit is that the sales personnel, young ladies, sometimes don’t seem to know how to interact with customers. They look a bit shy and clueless. Maybe offering a bit more of training on how to greet customers and all would help the customer satisfaction. They need to look engaged in the process. I am completely satisfied with today’s experience. Thank you!

ALEXIA (sorry if I misspelled your name) is the best sales representative, all she wants to do is please her clients. I live in Montréal very close to Galeries d’Anjou, went there first, got serve by the assistant manager and there was an ongoing promotion at that time, I had done my homework prior visiting the store. They didn’t have the charms I was looking for, so instead of finding a solution she tried pushing me other ones that I didn’t like. The experience was totally different at Carrefour Laval!!! She took the time to search through all the drawers to find what I wanted, left with a huge smile after spending almost 500.00$. GO SEE ALEXIA, SHE’S PATIENT, FUNKY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!

One word: snobs. Passed by with my boyfriend today, and the store was pretty empty. There was only us and one other customer being served. There were a few other workers, but no one even bothered greeting us, they just made eye contact and then ignored us. Keep in mind, it was not busy at all. We were looking on buying a gift there, but with that kind of attitude and no one wanting to offer us service, we ended up going to another Pandora location.

Called to find out information about a ring. They said they were too busy and hung up. I understand that the store is busy but I'm a customer too and I deserve to be served.
