I had a terrible experience at this jewelry store. I went in to have my watch battery replaced, and during the process, they lost one of the screws from the back of my watch. They replaced it with a completely different screw that doesn’t fit properly—it’s too small and keeps coming out on its own. When I explained that I was the one who last changed the battery, and it would be impossible for me to have brought in a mismatched screw, they insisted it was already like that and refused to take responsibility. They then told me they had no other screws and couldn’t do anything further. When I reviewed other customer feedback later, I realized this store already has a bad reputation. It showed in how they handled the situation: instead of trying to resolve the issue, three employees began raising their voices at me and my mother, defending themselves instead of helping. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. They even expected me to pay $15 for this service after damaging my watch. When I refused, one of them offered to remove the battery altogether. The saddest part is that I had planned to purchase a diamond ring that day—thankfully, I didn’t proceed with the purchase after witnessing their behavior. Horrible service and extremely unprofessional staff. This store desperately needs proper training and customer service skills. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Do NOT shop here I brought my Tag watch for battery replacement. She charged 20$ for the battery and said the watch had to be sent for repairs as it did not work. Was ready to charge 100$ for the estimation and said 2.3 months wait. I did not leave my watch but went instead to another jeweller who replaced the battery which they said was dead. This is fraud. Charged me door a dead battery

Do NOT come here to modify any ring you have. We brought a ring in to be resized, took picture at drop off, at pickup, the ring was the correct size, BUT significant amounts of precious metal missing and extremely poor workmanship. I should not be able to tell from the naked eye where the cut was made, but I can. Visible cut all around, and significantly thinner at the area of the cut. We sent it back for them to fix it, all they did was thin it down even further. Very bad workmanship, I regret not reading the reviews here before entrusting my precious rings here. Attached are before and after pictures. It's easily visible they care very little.

Worst costumer service ever. I bought a pair of expensive earrings for my wife, and the first day the butterfly of one side fell down. I went to the store and bought another (expensive) butterfly and again, on the same day, the same butterfly, from the same side fell down. The other side is ok and fixes since I bought it. Obviously there’s something wrong with the screw of this side of the earring. So I brought back the earring for a inspection and check up, because obviously there’s something wrong with it and I can’t keep buying gold butterflies …. And I heard a big no, ‘there’s nothing I can do’. I just wanted to make sure that there’s nothing wrong with the earring but it the employee tough that it was not her problem. Worst costumer service I’ve ever had. Never going back and I certainly lost a earring

I bought an engagement ring for my wife 15 months ago, I sent the ring three times back to the store because the small diamonds detached from the ring. Recently I returned to the store with the same problem, at the moment that I went to the store to pick up the ring I had the surprise that the ring was worse than before, they fixed it badly. I asked to exchange the ring and one week later I received a call saying that they will not change it, if I want I need to buy another one. ITS STILL ON WARANTY. The store said to contact the customer service by phone and the customer service said that the store located at GALERIES D'ANJOU should fix it. If you don't want headache don't buy anything at this store.
