Excellent service.

Very Rude and Unfriendly!!! Don't speak much English… We call to notify them that I'll be late due the heavy summer traffic and to ask if it was alright to still come even though we were going to be late... She put me on hold then came back on the phone and told me No problem! It’s all right come ahead... As we arrived I saw that they were waiting at the door for us... So I parked the car then my girlfriend and I got out and walk towards the door... One of the ladies standind at the door told us that even though she had told us to come she can't let us in for insurance purposes... BS!!! After arguing with her for a couple of minutes she then said “OK, Only one of you can come inside.”WTF????????? I was like “the ring is for my girl friend and I’m the one who’s paying” “what’s the problem}??? So then she decides to let us both in... Once inside she went behind a wall with a one way glass window and said a few words to someone then came back and notified us that the safe was lock and we must come back the next day at 9.00am even though their business hours start’s at 10:00am not 9:00am... She then went on to tell me and it was the exact same thing whether she showed it to us now or tomorrow... All the while one of the other lady sighing and mumbling words as if we were a nuisance taking up her time too much of their precious time... So Rude after we drove all the way there… No business manners or tact whatsoever… All of this when they could of just said on the phone SORRY, it too late to come we’ll be closed. Come see us tomorrow... We are going back there tomorrow only to look at the ring to make sure that it's the right ring for us... But we'll order the ring and drive all the way to Ottawa or Burlington, Vermont because that brand of jewelry is not sold anywhere else in Quebec... I’ll do anything rather than to give these people (Bijouterie Guy Serres) our hard earn money... $4000.00+ it's a real BIG shame because we own a business and both of us really believe in supporting the local economy!!! But we can’t support this kind of behavior or attitude…

Excellent service... Mme.Linda fut très patiente et attentionnée aux demandes de mon épouse,elle répondait a toutes nos questions et même plus.Très grande diversité de bijoux. Pour un service de qualité je recommande cet endroit sans hésité.

Toujours un service impeccable! Aujourd'hui, j'ai même été servi par M.Serre en personne, une passion pour le service cet homme. De plus, la qualité des bijoux est au rendez-vous. Sûrement le meilleur rapport qualité/prix.
