Everything is up to the brand standars. The staff was nice and knew their product. All the automatic watches are fairly priced if that is what you are looking for

I received my watch for my birthday but made the mistake of misplacing the receipt (and guarantee). When the battery died, I returned to the store to change it but realized a day later that my watch was still not working. I returned to the store a month later to explain the situation to Mark who happened to be the same man who changed my battery the first time. He took his time to look into it and told me that my watch had a defect and asked whether I had the receipt on me. Unfortunately I didn’t have it but he still replaced my watch with a new one and also adjusted it to fit my small wrist. I really appreciate the customer service and how accommodating Mark was :)

The employees are super friendly and Fossil's warranty service is unparalleled. Definitely recommend going here for a Fossil product.

Amazing staff! Had a problem with my watch after one month and they took care of the problem on the stop. I felt really well taken care of. A great company and experience.

Wow, Horrible service. I bought explorist last night but was little too big. went to exchange next day for a hybrid watch but the manager at 1253 Saint-Catherine St W, Montreal, QC H3G 1P3, refused to take back because I threw away box charger was in. Are you freaking kidding me. Should have got on Amazon. Horrible service. He goes on to question why I am returning. Hello.. I am the customer, I don't like it.
