I first came to see Phil about a year ago, and have received exceptional service at every step of the process. I ordered a half eternity band for my fiancÃ©e, as well as our wedding bands, and was blown away at the value and attention to detail. The bespoke experience in Phil's office made everything feel really special. He's not interested in pressuring you, he really just wants you to have the piece of jewelry that fits your style and price point. So much better than the regular retail experience. I wanted to wait to write my review to see how the rings have held up in the past year, and they are wonderful high-quality pieces that still look as good as when we first got them. My engagement ring is an antique, and I need to have it repaired/strengthened soon--I will certainly entrust it to Phil and his team!!!

I had the most amazing personal experience with Philip. First he speaks spanish and then he showed me all the options and even helped me personalize the ring with my ideas making it a one of a kind! He had it in 2 weeks ready for me to fly and give it to my fiancee and she loves it, fits perfect and shines incredible, we can't wait to get married. We will definitely come back here later for an anniversary present or any kind of detail we might think. I am recommending it to everyone from Canada to Mexico.

From even the phone call to book an appointment, Philippe was trying to give the best customer service possible. He really did well with us: we ordered the wedding rings set on a short notice (6-7 weeks) and Philippe was able to meet the deadline. His personal advises, patience and flexibility for payment were really appreciated and helpful. The rings were beautiful. The experience was beyond our expectations.

Impeccable service. Courteous, honest, and most of all, efficient. Long story short: we needed a ring within 48 hours. My fiancÃ©e and I went to see Phil on a Friday night. Not sure how they pulled it off but Philippe & co. delivered the ring in less than 24 hours; just in time for our special event the following day. Phil & team, thank you for your help and for making it a pleasant, stress-free experience for me and my future wife!
