Came to this store last week to purchase a gift. I was impressed by the employees willingness to assist in finding the perfect gift for me and also found them very polite and professional. I definitely had a great experience and extremely happy with my purchase.

Bad customer service, some of the representatives take their time before assisting you. It put me off going there again.

My cardholder started to become undone at the seams of the card slots, so I took it in to get it repaired or replaced since it was still under manufacturer warranty. It was sent to Montblanc and then sent back untouched with an email saying that the flaw was due to external use and not craftsmanship, which was untrue. The manager listened to what I had to say and agreed that it should at least be fixed and personally took care of it in spite of Montblanc's refusal to do so. He got the cardholder fixed within a week and now it is as good as new. Went above and beyond just to please their client. Extremely satisfied with the customer service.

Avoid this boutique. Shop at a store that actually cares about customer service. A gift was bought for a friend who decided that it was not something for him. He called the store and was given the impression that it would be an easy return. This is Montblanc and it would seem completely appropriate to assume that they would offer the same level of customer service that is associated with their brand. If only this were true. Upon arrival, the lady places gloves on in order to inspect the item and then states that it cannot be returned for it has a negligible crease. This would deny the next customer the Montblanc experience. Now, if I were to go into the store, place some cards in the card holder to see if this were an item for myself, then decide that said item was not for me, would they then force me to buy the product, for that as well would deny the next client the Montblanc experience. My advice to anyone shopping for a gift from this store, avoid, avoid avoid. Buy it from a store where you know that customer service is taken seriously, not from a place that offers up guise and pretense.

They don't listen when you have a complaint about a simple 800$ pen that broke by falling on the floor once. "You did chose this pen, and 1/2 of it is very sensitive and can easily break," I wish I was told by the sale person on the purchase. Worse even more, don't keep it in you pocked... Costumer service higher up helped me, long story short, make sure you know your rights before swiping the card, because a great pen they sell should last years ... Not months...
