Excellence at every level. David converted my late Mother's clip on earrings to pierced. He understood the sentimentality of this piece to wear at my Daughter's Wedding. My Daughter is now married wearing her Grandmother's re-sized wedding band thanks to David. Compassion, passion and expertise beyond reproach. Highly recommended.

I bought a bracelet over there for my significant other, found it a bit big but the seller showed me how to properly tight it so it could fit a smaller wrist. As soon as my SO did so, stones fell off. Decided to bring it back despite the no return policy since either I got misled by the seller or got sold a defect bracelet. Got told by the same man who sold it to me that I was in fault for bending it (even if he showed me to). In the end I could not get a refund, I am stuck with a broken bracelet and I am eagerly waiting for the l'Office de la Protection du Consommateur to reopen after the Holidays!
