So we had to wait for his manager to arrive at the store. After a few hours, her manager never arrived. So the employee, not knowing what to do and finding the situation irritating for us, decided to give us back the necklace anyway. Results: the chain was shorter than before. I refused to have her back in this condition. Of course she understood. She filled out a complaint form and told us that the manager would call us back. After 1 MONTH, the manager still hasn't called us back. We come to the store. The employee present was very efficient. Finally, we can finally meet the manager after several hours of waiting... She told us lies after lies. She told us it was the fault of her employees. I apologize but it is after her that we have been waiting for months, her employees were very polite and efficient. Regarding the length of my chain she told me that she had to contact the supplier blah blah blah and that she thought that the supplier would call us back in a week. We are now still no news. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional of the manageress. This necklace has sentimental value for me and my boyfriend. On top of all that, the vast majority of customers I've seen in the store have come in to ask for repairs. Evidence that jewelry is meant to break. The jewelry is beautiful but a tip if you want to buy there, if the jewelry breaks do not get it repaired there.

Never heard from them, I've been calling since and never got an answer, I write on their facebook and they tell me they're taking the situation in hand and I never hear from them. I have no idea where my bracelet is, a very precious gift for me.
