Amazing service, they gave me alot of time Even though they were busy. They have really beautiful designs. Compared to other jewelry stores they give the best service and price.

They're ripoffs!! My mother purchased a gift for my wife, which was later exchanged for a ring. We were sold a ring for 1040$ and when i asked, if i am getting the value for the price we have paid. He promised I was. I went to another jewelry shop and I saw the exact same ring for 600$. He argued that the quality of his jewelry is better, but little does he know, the ring comes from the same supplier for both jewelry shops. When I approached him with this, his reply was "well this is my price and you are getting the value for your money, they don't offer the same service". My mother has been doing business with this jewelry store for more than 5 years and i can surely say she's been ripped off with every single purchase.

UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Avoid this place at all costs. ZERO, absolutely zero customer service. ZERO respect for their customers either. I’d much rather buy fake jewelry than deal with this company ever again. Make sure not to leave a deposit. Because they play dumb when they can sell your order for a better price to someone else. This company is a S C A M. I love buying from smaller/local companies but this place was absolutely disgusting.
