Very disappointed. I went in to get a necklace fixed that needed to be soldered. They advised me it would be $65. I stated this was fine, but if it would cost anymore to please call me. A week later I was contacted asking permission to fix my necklace for $65. I advised, yes, this was fine. They told me they would contact me when the necklace was repaired. A month went by and I still hadn't received a phone call. I contacted them and asked if it had been repaired. They needed to look into but I received a phone call a day later stating that it was fixed. I went in the next day to pick up the necklace and as she was ringing me up, I started to look closely at my necklace. It was tarnished and low and behold it had not been repaired. I asked what the heck was going on. She looked at the package the necklace came in and stated that I told them I didn't want to pay that amount. POOR COMMUNICATION AND LACK OF ORGANIZATION. I was very disappointed and took my business elsewhere.
