Jokingly looked at a piece then Rupesh hit me with the sale that had going on. I was hooked. It all started with a whale tail pendant and snowballed into a silver bad with 9 little diamonds. It was our 30th anniversary and we were on the first Alaskan cruise of the season. He offered to upgrade my 1/4 carat diamond wedding ring but that was more than we were willing to spend. So we negotiated and I settled for the band. He asked if their jeweler could take my rings and polish them for me. I agreed. Right away their jeweler spotted that what we had thought was a 1/4 carat diamond for 30 years, was actually a CZ. He didn't want to touch it for fear that we would say it was a diamond and that he switched it. Imagine our shock and surprise. The ring was purchased 30 years ago at a now defunct chain store. Rupesh and the store manager were so nice, they had the jeweler take it and my other rings and polish them. They look stunning. Oh I did get the whale tail pendant! Thank you Rupesh!
