3 days after we got engaged one of the diamond fell out. Took it in and they were going to fix it, but I decided to go with a smaller one because of my job and didn't want to take it off every time I worked. They worked with us very well and we continue to use them for our jewelry shopping. Great service and they back up their warranties with no hesitation.

Less then professional while waiting to be served, others that came in the door after us were tended to. After the 7 days there was no phone call to tell us the glasses were in, only one pair of glasses came.
