I have personally dealt with the owner on a few occasions. I was very surprised to see such a large selection of Jewelry in Yuma, Az. Very clean store and the owner was extremely professional and knows exactly how customers are supposed to be treated. See Kathleen she will take care of you!

I came into this place happy. Although everything seemed over priced I found the necklace I wanted . The man and woman Cathy who helped me assured me that it was 14k Gold. After all it was very pricey and we came down to a price of about 325 plus about $25 in tax. Before I bought the jewelry I asked both the employee and owner how did I know if the jewelry was real. They simply replied it's 14k real gold. I should have got it tested right on the spot but I did not . Once I returned home to California I was assured that it was GOLD PLATED and not real. I went to Cash co a local pawn place they took my chain and I watched as it half way stuck to the test. If it was real it would not have stuck to the surface it was tested on but unfortunately it did.

Well done! Engraving plates look professional and not of hand made. I used to go to the "other guy" in town for my plaques for a while and the quality was pretty bad. My CO told me to go here instead and damn what a difference! Pay the extra dollar and get something that looks really good. When my term is over, I want my plaque from here. (hint hint!) These guys know how to make it look good and theyll get it done quickly. My business is here to stay.

All i can say is that i've gone to Kathy at 24 Karat for many years for my baseball trophies and coaches awards. And every year i'm completely happy in every way! They're always coming out with new trophies so we never have to worry about getting something the kids already have. And Kathy does go the extra mile to find the perfect trophy that fits into my budget. When you order more than 30 trophies at a time like i do, every penny counts! Thank you Kathy and 24 Karat for making this another great season ending! :)
