I drove 30 minutes downtown and paid $ to park only to discover that they’re closed - despite the fact that their phone msg, website and google all say they’re open. Disappointed.

I found two rings I love from SS and the one my then-fiancé-now-husband picked out has been such a winner. I've never gotten sick of it- get complimented alllll the time. Ari and the team have been amazing through the whole process. Now 6 years later we still keep in touch.

Service here was a bit condescending. I had an appointment to have my stone looked at for recutting, and showed up on time. The place was completely empty but they still kept me waiting a good ten minutes. OK, not a huge deal. So Ari takes a look at my stone and has nothing nice to say. I realize that he sees plenty of perfect diamonds every day, but it's not good customer service to make your customer feel like their stone is worthless. Then he quotes me a recutting price that's almost double per carat what my other quotes are, and double what people online reported paying him to do recuts,so I assumed it was an undesirable project penalty. I definitely decided to take my stone elsewhere to someone who got excited about giving it a makeover.

The best place around. I was worried at first that they would only have older styles but that's not true. Besides they let you design the band completely from scratch so you can make however you want. Surprisingly their diamond prices were comparable to Costco and online. You'll pay more in the band but because it's custom and handmade, not some cookie-cutter piece that everyone has. Super friendly and pressure free environment.
