This is the worst Pandora store ever! I usually shop at the del amo store and they're nothing but friendly heir, but at the Cerritos one they were so rude and they took forever to even bother to tell me that they would be with me in a second. The workers their spend most of their time arguing with who gets to go on break!!!! Get it together Cerritos Pandora!

If you already know what you want You can NOT walk up to the counter and pay for the item. You have to go on a waiting list with everyone who doesnt know what they want. Ben Bridge my granddaughter and I can not wait for over 20 minutes to make a purchase.

Was able to able to make my first Pandora purchase for my girls. Bought a bracelet with California charm and a panda 🐼 for the San Diego Zoo.

Really bad experience. I came into the store already knowing what I wanted to buy. No one seems to want to help me out. Another lady walks in "just looking" and the employees go over to see if they could help her out! Wth! I was there first. The lady says "no" and leaves. I'm still there and the employee made eye contact with me. Still walked away to stand a few feet from me. At this point I'm already mad! I start making some noise, "I need some help over here! I want to buy this! Hello, anyone want to help me!?" Then the employee comes to help me out after my cousin is trying to get me to shut up. THE TRANSACTION ONLY TOOK 5 MINUTES or less. You know what I'm not gonna go to a place and spend $200 to get treated that way by my looks. I don't need to be carrying around a fancy purse or makeup to want to buy something. Next day I go back and return the item. I'm sticking to the Pandora at Disneyland or downtown Disney, second closes and at least they treat me like a human there.

Manager mislead the customer I bought 1 $80 charm and 3 cleaning kits $15 each total $125 at the store during their bracelet promotion "March Bracelet Event" which state in the promotion when you spend $125 you can receive a FREE bracelet up to $65 value, I asked if I can get a free bracelet and I was told that the promotion doesnt include cleaning kits in the total purchase, so I decided to just get another charm. I am so disappointed since I know last time during a promotion I combined cleaning cloth, cleaning kits and charms and I got a free bracelet. I called South Bay Pandora and inquire about the promotion and the sale specialist I spoke, nicely and politely informed me that I can combine any product in the store as long as I fulfill the $125 to get the free bracelet. Its sad that its the manager, Bryna that I dealt with during the sale and gave me the wrong information. My question now is, isn't the manager who should be more knowledgeable about the promotion and more helpful to the customers?
