Quality of service is here! Christine Nguyen was very helpful and provided me with knowledgeable information to help me decide on the perfect engagement ring. Couldn't be more happier! Thanks Christine!

It's quiet and very calm. The store feels very luxurious and it's beautiful to see the different designs available.

Parvin at the Century city location is the best. My family has been going to her for years.

I did a little research before I decided which Tiffany's to visit and I must say,the Tiffany stores in the L.A. area did VERY poorly! I picked the Santa Monica blvd store after seeing it was the only one without negative feedback. After reading the other reviews stating that you must be dressed to impress to even get helped or noticed in the other Tiffany's stores that REALLY bugged the hell out of me so I decided to put this social experiment to the test. I had some jewelry that I wanted to donate to a charity but wanted to ensure they were genuine and I wanted a new piece for myself. So, first thing I did was call to see if this was even an option as I have read they don't like to give their opinion because they don't make commission off of you. I spoke with a fabulous man named Peter. He was so incredibly nice I decided to give them a try. From the moment I walked in (wearing minimal make-up, jeans and a tank) I knew I had made the right decision. Cynthia, Morgan and Peter were so incredible! Everyone was all smiles and nothing short of perfect customer service. They even gift wrapped the items I had authenticated and helped me find the perfect ring! Proof you can't judge a book by it's cover, and I will be coming back to this location again and again! This store should have classes for the other locations about perfect customer service, this place DOES ROCK!!!

This place rocks. I mean with lots of diamonds. I can't afford to buy anything here because I work in a law office but the salesperson was so nice I decided to leave a review. She looked like a retired model. That's a compliment by the way. I'll be back someday...I hope.
