Do not come here for any repairs. I regret bringing in my wedding ring to get repaired at this establishment. First I brought my wedding ring wrap to have one of the small bridges repaired that broke. I was charged $80 to have the repair done and get the ring re polished and what not. Seemed reasonable. Three months later the little bridge broke in the exact same spot. I called in and told them. I was told it would be covered and no additional payment would be necessary. So I dropped off the ring and picked it up the following week. When I picked up the ring I didn't notice until two days later that the jewelry repair person had dug out gold from inside of my ring to do the repair. I hope he took my gold to do the repair and not just to make a hole in my ring. So I called the jewelry shop and let them know that I noticed that one of the four sides inside my ring was missing gold. They couldn't explain to me why this would be done. I decided to let it go. Fast forward to a year and a couple of months later the ring broke again in the same spot. Took the ring back in to get repaired and specifically asked them not to dig out any more gold from inside my ring. I paid for the repair again. Today I go pick up my ring and find that three of the four sides of the inside of my ring have little holes where you can clearly see the gold was taken out. I was so mad. The receptionist insisted that they would not employ a jewelry repair specialist who did this kind of job. However Don Roberto's Jewelry you are employing a repair person who does this kind of job. I am 100% not satisfied and will never be returning to this establishment for any repairs or purchases ever. And I will make sure no one I know does either.
