This shop is part secret garden part treasure trove and absolutely beautiful. It feels more like being inside an art installation or Irene's elegant but relaxed home. Everything - from the topiary birds at the entrance to the vintage books on the reclaimed wood shelves - is done so well and adds to the experience. The staff is friendly and helpful and makes you feel comfortable, whether you're looking for a specific piece or just browsing. The jewelry itself is utterly breathtaking!

WOW!! This is a store?! It's like a museum in there! This is the most comfortable and beautiful jewelry store I have ever seen! Jewelry stores are usually so stuffy and intimidating. This place is so warm and cozy. Instead of salespeople standing behind counters, there is a giant couch and big comfy chairs in the center. I didn't want to leave! Not only are pieces of jewelry insanely beautiful and unique, the display cases are amazing! There is a giant bird cage, literally dripping in diamonds and emeralds. If you're shopping in West Hollywood, this place is a must see!

WOW !! What an incredible store! This is really unlike any luxury jewelry store I have every seen! What a beautiful concept! The stores luxurious apartment feel, made me want to settle on in and never leave. I am a client and dear follower of Jamie Hilman who is the store's manager. I have followed Jamie and her fashion advise everywhere from Paris, New York, and now Los Angeles. It makes perfect since why she is now working with Irene's gorgeous jewelry. Although I live in NYC it is now a MUST DO on every visit! GO CHECK IT OUT!!

What a fantastic, fantastical experience! This store is unreal. You'll feel like you just walked into Irene Neuwirth's actual home--not only because of the design of the place (a dream house in which the decor mirrors her exquisite pieces), but also because of how welcoming and knowledgable the sales team is. WOW. I can't wait to go back the next time I'm in the area.
