Kay Jewelers is a family owned jeweler. Fiona helped me choose the perfect engagement ring. Being inexperience in purchasing jewelry. Fiona was very patient and explained the ins and outs about the types and quality of diamonds. Found something in my price range. Never felt pressure at anytime. Only jewelry store I will ever go

I brought in a bracelet which had stones only to get the stones tightened. The bracelet was sent in for tightening and two of the stones were lost during the tightening process. From December to April they kept replacing the stones, I would go in to check on it (I asked each time for them to call me when it was ready and only got one call), and each time we had to send it back. All I wanted was 1. The stones to be tightened 2. The bracelet to look the way it did when I dropped it off. Without too much detail, they would send the bracelet back with the stones in a different setting and the stones were blue instead of the original black. I was very kind, patient, and very specific that I just wanted black stones bc that is the way I gave it to them. In the end, there is still one stone that looks blue. It stands out and it makes me really sad bc this is something I would like to pass down to my children someday. The bracelet is not the same. I did not bring the bracelet in for a replacement stone. They lost the stone and couldn't fix it! I got my money back but that's not what this is about. -Inconvenient -Poor customer service -Poor communication I am pretty baffled that one of the biggest chain stores told me in the end, sorry, we can't get a black sapphire, only blue. I will never, ever be back and urge you that if you have anything of value never to use this company.
