BEST EXAMPLES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I desperately needed to have my diamond rings bracelet and necklace cleaned before my son’s wedding and didn’t have time to drive to my jeweler in San Francisco. I walked in to Helzberg diamonds and asked if they would clean my jewelry. Since they were the 3rd jeweler at Valleyfair I had asked, and been turned down at, there was little doubt in my mind what they would say. To my surprise the owner said “Absolutely I would be happy to do it!” He explained to me that regardless of where I had purchased the jewelry initially, he was happy to do this favor in my time of need. He said perhaps someday I would decide to buy a piece of jewelry from him. Or maybe I would send one of my other children to him when it was time for them to shop for a wedding ring. I recently ended a 30 year career as the worldwide customer service manager at a very well known high-tech company in the valley and this, ladies and gentlemen, is one of the best examples of customer service I’ve ever seen!!!!

I really liked their merchandise. I recommend allowing more time for deliveries and resizings but they will get it done eventually.

Overpriced and undeserving. Bought necklace here for $200 and it broke within a month. Since it was stainless steel, they had to send it back to the manufacturer. A month later I still haven't got it back nor have u even got a "estimate." Why should I pay for their cheap Chinese crap? I don't know why. They are just middle men retailers. This is not a good place to buy jewelry. You just pay more for the same thing. I'm going back to small independent jewelry stores. It's better to support local businesses anyway. Malls suck.

Visited this store while shopping for an engagement ring in 2013. The staff was uneducated and pushy when my fiancée and I were just looking for information and scoping out options. The ring we were shown had no documentation and the staff was unable to answer the carat weight, clarity or color. Proceed with caution.
