Yadira was GREAT! I came in on my lunch break not knowing exactly what I wanted to get my son for Christmas and she was very patient with my uncertainties. Definitely going back for my husband's gift next week. Definitely recommend her to anyone who is indecisive and not looking to deal with pushy sales member.

Daniel's jewelers sales garbage. Late last year, while visiting California from NY, my fiance and I went to Daniel's jewelers to purchase a wedding set. Not 15 days after purchasing this set, while still in California, two stones fell out of my wife's band. She was distraught. We took the Rings back for repair. The rings were repaired and returned. Approximately one and a half months after the initial repair, and returning to New York, another stone fell out. We contacted the manager, Angela, at the Moreno Valley location from New York and explain to her that we were completely dissatisfied with our purchase, our wedding had to be postponed because of the defective ring, and we would like a refund. The manager at the Moreno Valley location was very unprofessional, and said defiantly ," ...you knew that there was no refund policy when you purchased the Rings..," then we countered that "... Yet you fail to inform us , along with a no refund policy, of the faulty nature of Daniel's products..." , she then sarcastically challenged us " call corporate ". As a soon to be husband I did one better. I flew from JFK airport to LAX and I proceeded straight to Daniel's Corporate Office personally in Culver City California, spoke to the senior vice president at this location and explain to him that the quality of merchandise and especially the quality of service was completely unacceptable. The gentleman was a man of integrity and empathized with us and personally assured us that we could have new rings replacing the old and have them inspected by his personal jeweler. And that Ms. Angela at the Moreno Valley location would be dealt with. He was a man of his word and the manager, Angela, at the Moreno Valley location was a far more respectable after this meeting. Here comes today, 3 months later, another stone has fallen out. We are completely done with Daniel's jewelers and every item that they sell. beware of the disclaimer that "if any stone should fall out your ring then it would repaired with no expense" with accompanying insurance. This disclaimer is given because of the consistent problem of poor quality stone settings and stones subsequently falling out of Daniels rings. Be very wary of Daniel's jewelers products. I would suggest from personal experience to go elsewhere. Anywhere else where.
