I came here for the adjustment of my watch band! The service is pretty awesome. Fair price(15 bucks) and fast(less than 10 mins)!

My review as a customer to Ben and Bridge Jewelers is towards the events of purchasing my first Rolex watch – GMT Master II – Batman model I made two separate visits to the store located in La Jolla for which I’ve wanted the opportunity to purchase a Rolex watch from an “authorized dealer” of Rolex. The staff were friendly and properly performed their duties based on the performance similar to a department store. Please note that in this statement I’m representing that you will not receive the same level of service as though you were in Tiffany’s New York, Saks Fifth Ave. (in NYC) etc… They had the Rolex model that I’d wanted and quoted the watch would be sold at the retail price. I’d agreed since the model is highly sought after by collectors. However, they had stated that I would not be charged Ca sales tax if the watch were to be delivered out of state for which Ben and Bridge does not have a business presence. They suggested that I take advantage of this opportunity. I was originally hesitant about shipping this watch since it was a $9K item and thus ultimately it would have to be shipped back to California to my home address, but their was a sizable savings of $600.00. In addition, I did not want to buy the Rolex from an unauthorized dealer and have doubts about it being genuine. I’d agreed to the terms and the store charged me $65.00 for the shipping service for which they have chosen UPS overnight airmail express saver. The day of delivery was creating havoc since UPS did not end up showing up to the destination address until 9:10 pm at NIGHT. I found that this did not meet my expectations since the agreement was that the watch was meant to be delivered on or before 3pm or (end of day) residential address. I consider end of day to be on or before 6pm. I’ve contacted Ben and Bridge Jewelers and stated that despite the fact that the time of delivery was outside of their control that they chose (not I) to use UPS overnight airmail express saver and thus that I want to be compensated for the difference of cost of shipping of $20-30 of a refund. I figured Ben and Bridge can recoup this loss by filing a complaint with UPS in breach of their contractual obligation towards timely delivery with Ben and Bridge Jewelers. Ben and Bridge has chosen NOT to compensate my damages.  Here is my assessment as follows: Store Atmosphere: 4 out of 5 stars Knowledge of the Rolex brand line: 3 out of 5 stars Punctual and Staff Appearance: 5 out of 5 stars Friendliness of Staff: 5 out of 5 stars Delivery Terms: 2 out of 5 stars Management: 3 out of 5 stars Overall Assessment: 3 out of 5 stars. Bottom line: You’ll get a 1st class product, but don’t expect a 1st class service and/or delivery.

the staff is very very rude , high prices , no upgrade if you size your ring , no certificate for genuine diamonds under 400$ , every store does have all the collection , if you need arti craft designs you have to go carlsbad. online store has more designes than in store.
