I didn't have any trouble with them at all. I had bent one of my rings that had not been purchased at Ben Bridge. I came over to them and then mended my ring perfectly with only a slight marking on the ring. Needless to say, they did a great job and they gave me back the ring in a timely manner. No one judged me either.

Very poor customer service. Just walk to Helzberg Diamonds and save your self some time. Horrible service.

I wouldn't buy anything from them. I bought a watch from them before the warranty was up. They took and said the movement was bad and replaced it with an obsolete movement. It worked for two days. The manager, Sharon would not let us turn it in for anything but the same brand of watch which was made more cheaply and less money. My wife hated it. I called the VP of Sales and he told me I could take it back and get a new watch of my choice. I got a new watch that was 4 times as much money as the original. I put the remainder of the balance on my account. I told them it was to be interest free and the manager, Sharon said she could do 18 months. I got my first payment with a 25 dollar finance charge. Needless to say I went ballistic. I called the credit company to resolve the matter and they said there was nothing they could do because Sharon again told them it was a revolving account and the interest stood. I will pay it off this month and never buy from them again.

We purchased a ring with their stone replacement warranty. The mount failed and they refused to honor the warranty, horrible jeweler, their warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on.
