Shop here if you're into being treated like trash. My mom told me to check out Brighton for hypoallergenic jewelry. The first time I walked in, there were three associates and only one other customer. I stood at the counter waiting for help and was never acknowledged in the five minutes I stood there. I decided to look around while waiting for help. After another few minutes of browsing, I stood back at the counter for an additional five minutes and was never once acknowledged. Finally, Lisa came to the counter to do... something. I started to ask her about their jewelry, and she rudely cut me off to tell me she was busy helping another customer and that someone would be with me when they were available. The other customer, who Lisa was supposedly helping, had not been spoken to the entire time I was there. I waited around another five minutes, completely unacknowledged by all three associates, and then I walked out of the store. I went to the store a second time less than a week later, and I spoke with a really sweet associate (can't remember her name, but she had gray hair). She single-handedly changed my mind about my previous judgement of this store's customer service, and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I visited a third time to make a return, and I had to deal with Lisa again. She was as snooty and horrific as the garish jewelry she sells. She treated me in a condescending, uncaring, and unhelpful manner. I am amazed that she is allowed to work with people. I walked into the store in a good mood, and before I walked out seeing red, I used some choice words to let her know what I thought of her customer service. Fortunately for Lisa, I won't be back to give further performance reviews. Read their reviews on Yelp. This store's customer service is administered with the customer bent over.
