This is in response to Bobby Lyle, I offered to refund your $ since you somehow got upset that I charged you sales tax. It's the law, not me that keeps your sales tax. Overcharge? I lowered my asking price of my bezel by $50 to offset my asking price and you still were not satisfied. I spent over an hour helping and educating you on watches, straps, dials and bezels. I even let you try on the bezel outside the store in natural sunlight w/o payment. When you had left us the watch to have the bezel installed when you went to the bank, I had told you plus tax on your credit card. The difference in question is $6, please feel free stop by the store and I will gladly you refund you the $. My eBay feedback is 100% and my Yelp reviews are outstanding.

I've known watch dealers, Kenny and Victor for over 25 years and Alberto Frosio, the owner for over 15 years. I wouldn't make any purchases with out consulting with them first. I only trust their certified Rolex watch makers with maintaining all my time pieces. They have the best prices and they stand by all their watches with a lifetime warranty! Thanks for always hooking me up with the best selections!!!

Have serviced my watches for years. Always timely with great prices. They can polish your crown and band to look like new. They also perform full factory service at much better pricing compared to the Rolex store for example. They use OEM parts as well.

I worked with Kenny Nguyen to purchase a pre-owned Rolex Explorer II. Kenny was willing to negotiate a cash price that saved me about $500 on the purchase. Once I paid for the watch, Kenny had it delivered to me the next day. It was a beautiful piece and was just as described on their website.
