DON'T TAKE ANYTHING TO THESE PEOPLE!!! My father just died and my mother took her wedding ring which my father hand made for her 60 years ago and an anniversary band in to be sized so she could wear them to his memorial service. THEY "LOST" THEM!!! She went to pick them up and they just said "Sorry, we can't find them." I called several times and couldn't even get them to answer the phone. My sister-in-law had to go in in person and make them call me. This place is owned by a guy named George his brother Carlos. There are a couple of young dudes that work there too and I believe one of them is a relative, nephew. When I pressed George for the names of who works there, he lied and said nobody but him and Carlos. These guys are scum bags. There is no way to begin to replace the ring my father made. It was a heirloom in our family as my father was a very famous artist who's works are owned by the Smithsonian and the Guggenheim museums as well as collectors all over the world. It was invaluable and these people claim it's just gone! WHO DOES THAT TO AN 80 YEAR OLD WOMAN WHO JUST LOST HER HUSBAND OF 60 YEARS???? STAY AWAY!

I went to Golden Jewelry a few weeks ago, because a good friend recommended me their. Some other jeweler she went to resized her ring, and unfortunately didn't know WHAT THE HELL he was doing. Unfortunately :( diamonds began to fall out, so she searched other jewelers and The owner George quickly identified the problem and corrected her ring. Now...I was skeptical at first and almost hesitant...because experienced jewelers are a dime-a-dozen! So I searched everywhere on the internet for Golden Jewelry. Essentially Golden Jewelry's YELP reviews almost convinced me and then I saw this review above me. :( ( I'm sorry to hear about) but..after much convincing from my thought and friend I decided to try them. After all life isn't perfect. So I took in wedding band passed down from my grandma to have a ring guard recreated for this antique piece. George said it would be two weeks and they were tied up with work. Not to mention they were packed when I came in..just my luck :/. I had an idea for the ring but couldn't quite put the finishing touches and George suggested. I add a few baguettes and older cut diamonds to give it that authentic vintage look. I was hesitant...as I wasn't too sure on the finished product. So after a long weekend and anticipation...I received a call while I was working. It was George letting me know the ring was completed ahead of time, and he welcomed me as a new customer. So on my lunch break, I DASHED...but within speed limits. Ahehehe. I was soooo anxious to see it. Low and behold, a beautiful antique 18kt W/G ring guard with diamonds..that BLEW my expectations out of the water!!! I was so thankful, I almost wanted to smother the poor man in hugs!!! George even offered to clean up my old one free off charge to match my new ring. Let me tell you...When I went back to work... my gals couldn't believe I just purchased a new ring..Only to find out it was the SAME ring. But George's AMAZING AMAZON's ability, thinking, and hard work made me the queen of the day. Ahahahaa!!! Thank you George for your amazing work, wonderful, attitude, and your courteous staff of gentleman. I will be coming back and recommending everyone I can!!! Best Regards, -Tory
